Sending in claims
All claims should include traceable information (production date, batch number, pallet/box number, etc.).
Damages or quality problems?
Please describe the damage or nature of your complaint in detail and send in proof. Visual documentation of damages should include images clearly showing the following:
- label of the box the fish was delivered in;
- box / pallet with label(s) visible;
- damage or nature of the problem.
Nordic Halibut will not handle any complaints without documentation.
Missing/wrong boxes or pallets?
Please send us a signed waybill clearly showing which pallets or boxes are missing/incorrect. The waybill must be signed by both the deliverer and the receiver at the time of receipt of products. We also recommend taking photos of relevant pallets.
