- 1 pcs Nordic Halibut steak, bone-in steak cut
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300 gms raw green papaya – julienne
- 2 pcs long bean
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 1 tbsp dry shrimp
- 5 pcs Thai small garlic
- 5 bird eye chilli
Season fish and pan-fry over medium heat.
Mix som tam ingredients together and season well.
Serve with fried fish.
Spoon all gravy or sauce from som tam onto fish.
