Pan-fried Nordic Halibut with Som Tam Salad

Delight your senses with pan-fried Nordic Halibut and som tam salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs Nordic Halibut steak, bone-in steak cut
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Som tam

  • 300 gms raw green papaya – julienne
  • 2 pcs long bean
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp dry shrimp
  • 5 pcs Thai small garlic
  • 5 bird eye chilli

Method

Season fish and pan-fry over medium heat.
Mix som tam ingredients together and season well.
Serve with fried fish.
Spoon all gravy or sauce from som tam onto fish.
