- 200 g sashimi-style cut Nordic Halibut, raw
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 1 inch young ginger, finely julienned
- 1 red chilli – finely julienned without seeds
- 1 lime
- Bunch of coriander
Slice fish and arrange on plate.
Spread julienned ginger and red chilli all over.
Spoon soya sauce and sesame oil over fish.
Squeeze lime juice over and garnish with coriander.
